Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Textile Trainee Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of textile-related activities, including merchandising and collaboration with international and domestic traders.

• Conduct research and analysis to improve efficiency and quality in textile production.

• Collaborate with production, dispatch, and quality departments to ensure new season creep and bid execution.

• Perform routine inspections and tests to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Document and report project progress, challenges, and outcomes to management.

• Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge.

• E nsure adherence to safety protocols and company policies during all engineering activities.

• Provide innovative solutions to mitigate production issues and enhance product quality.
