Our foundation works tirelessly towards creating an inclusive and equitable society for all. Your Role: As a Telephone Caller, you will be an integral part of our organization's outreach efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to donors and potential donors, introducing them to our foundation's work, and seeking their support in the form of donations. You will also be responsible for handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer service to existing donors, answering any queries they may have, and updating their information in our database. Key Responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to potential donors, introducing them to our foundation's cause and seeking their support through donations. 2. Provide excellent customer service to existing donors over the phone and answer any queries they may have. 3. Maintain a detailed database of donor information and update it regularly. 4. Follow-up with potential donors to secure donations and maintain relationships with existing donors to encourage continued support. 5. Educate donors about our foundation's programs and initiatives, highlighting the impact of their donations. 6. Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop effective call scripts and strategies. 7. Meet set targets for fundraising and donor engagement. 8. Keep up-to-date with current events and trends in the nonprofit sector to represent our foundation accurately. Requirements: 1. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. 2. At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a similar role. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Ability to engage and build relationships with people over the phone. 5. Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle objections. 6. Good organizational and time-management skills. 7.
