Job Description:

Collman Services is looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecallers to join our customer engagement team in coimbatore. This role is ideal for young professionals who enjoy interacting with customers and are eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for service follow-ups, reminders, or promotional campaigns

Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information about services

Maintain call logs and update customer records in the system

Achieve daily and monthly call targets

Build rapport with customers and ensure a positive experience

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Candidate Requirements:

Education: Degree or Diploma in any discipline

Age: 18 to 25 years

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Good communication skills in Tamil (English is a plus)

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
