Job Description
We are looking for a Telecalling Sales Executive who can confidently communicate with customers, understand their needs, and close sales over the phone. This role is target-driven and performance-based, ideal for candidates who are comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective customers
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally
- Generate leads and convert calls into sales
- Follow up with interested customers to close deals
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel
- Achieve daily call targets and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer objections and queries confidently
- Ensure proper follow-ups and relationship building
