Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, promoting our products or services, and generating leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, follow up on leads, and generate sales opportunities.

- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads based on predefined criteria. Maintain and update a database of leads and customer information.

- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers professionally and courteously. Address customer inquiries, provide information about products or services, and resolve issues or concerns.

- Sales and Promotion: Promote and sell company products or services through effective telemarketing techniques. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

- Script Adherence: Follow provided scripts and guidelines while making calls. Adjust communication style based on customer responses and needs.

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls made, including customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions. Update CRM systems as required.

- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, sales performance, and customer feedback to management.

Qualifications:

- Must Be Graduate

- Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar role is preferred.

- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.

- Persuasive and confident in promoting products or services.

- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.

- Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear telephone presence.

- Sales Ability: Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.

- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues.
