Conducting outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and products 2. Following up with leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team 3. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns 4. Maintaining accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system 5. Collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets and goals 6. Participating in training sessions to enhance communication and sales skills 7.
