About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Lead Calling & Initial Contact: Reach out to potential leads through phone calls, introducing the services to generate interest and establish rapport. 2. Follow-Up Communication: Conduct consistent follow-up calls and emails with leads to nurture relationships, answer queries, and push toward conversion. 3. Conversion Management: Engage with leads through persuasive communication, addressing their concerns, and providing information to convert them into customers. 4. Maintaining Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of each interaction, including call notes, lead status, and any follow-up actions required using CRM tools. 5. Tracking & Reporting Performance:Monitor progress against sales targets, report on daily calls made, follow-ups conducted, and conversions achieved, ensuring targets are consistently met.
