Telecalling Executive (2 Positions)

We’re looking for two Telecalling Executives to manage customer interactions over the phone. This includes handling inbound queries, event-related calls, and following up with prospective leads. The right candidates should have good communication skills and be comfortable engaging with different people.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in telecalling or customer support is a plus

• Experience in university admissions or edtech is an advantage

• Good spoken communication and a friendly phone manner

• Willingness to learn and grow with the team

• Positive attitude, punctuality, and basic understanding of CRM tools are appreciated

• Open to freshers who meet the requirements
