📌 About the Process:

We act as a mediator between E-Learning platforms and US/UK clients. The role involves handling customer queries, supporting learners, and ensuring smooth communication.

✨ Position: BPO International Academic counselor (Voice – UK/US Process)

📍 Location: Virar West

🎓 Education Requirement:

Freshers / HSC graduates with fluent English communication required and basic computer skills

⏰ Shift Timings: 9 hour shift

US Night Shift

9 PM to 6 AM

📅 Week Off:

6 days working, Sunday fixed off

💰 Salary:

CTC ₹1.4 Lakh – ₹3 Lakh P.A. (Based on communication skills and interview performance)
