Telecaller Executive - Healthcare

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals

• Explain products/services clearly and professionally

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team

• Maintain call records and follow-ups in CRM

• Build strong relationships with hospital staff and decision-makers

• Coordinate with the internal sales team for closures

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi (mandatory) and basic English

• Mature, professional, and confident personality

• Experience in telecalling / inside sales preferred

• Ability to handle healthcare professionals politely

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, etc.)

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in healthcare / pharma / medical calling

• Understanding of hospital workflow is an added advantage

Salary & Benefits:
