Job Description
Job Description: As a Tele Sales Insurance Executive in the voice process, you will be responsible for generating leads, promoting insurance products, and converting potential customers into clients through outbound calls. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to promote insurance products and services. Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads by using different databases and marketing materials. Product Knowledge: Understand and communicate the benefits, terms, and conditions of various insurance products, such as life insurance, health insurance, vehicle insurance, etc. Customer Interaction: Provide clear and accurate information to customers, answer their queries, and assist in selecting the best insurance policy. Sales Pitching: Effectively pitch insurance products to customers on Call and exceed monthly sales targets. Follow-up: Continuously follow up with leads and existing clients to close sales. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales conversations, customer information, and other required details. Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as per company
