Tele Sales Executive

Role Overview: We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Customer Care Executive to handle client queries, provide service-related support, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media. Assist clients with booking appointments, rescheduling, and service-related queries. Coordinate with makeup artists and ensure timely service delivery. Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally and empathetically. Maintain customer records and follow up for feedback and repeat bookings. Upsell or recommend beauty services as per customer needs. Share promotional offers and updates with clients. Work closely with the marketing and operations team for a seamless customer experience. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus). Previous customer service or telecalling experience is preferred. Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business). Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask efficiently. Passion for beauty and a customer-first attitude.
