Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Tele-callers located in Navi Mumbai. The Tele-callers will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products and services, and following up on leads. Daily tasks include maintaining a database of customer information, scheduling appointments, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also involves managing customer queries and providing excellent customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in relevant computer applications including CRM software

• Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Experience in telemarketing or sales is an advantage

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred

• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
