*Job Profile & Responsibilities:*

1. Assessing clients' needs & Login the calls & allocating to Engineers through CRM Software

2. Answering phone calls and emails, Receiving and resolving customer complaints

3. Scheduling appointments for clients

Maintaining and tracking clients'

service records

4. Calculating quotations for products or services Promoting products and services

5. Familiarity with IT infrastructure
