Job Description
Sourcing potential new customers via Google and business associations Identifying and qualifying potential customers through market research and networking to create a sales pipeline. ∙Deeply understanding customer requirements to tailor product recommendations that address specific technical challenges. ∙Possessing in-depth knowledge of product features, functionalities, and technical specifications to effectively present solutions. ∙Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and ongoing support. ∙Traveling to the customer's location to talk about our product range. ∙Advising customers on technology upgrades and related products. ∙Negotiating pricing, contract details, and closing sales deals to achieve sales targets ∙Staying abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies. ∙Participating in conferences, trade shows, and webinars to network and stay updated on market developments. ∙Working closely with marketing, engineering, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience. Technical Sales Executive Requirements: Experience as a sales executive in the plastics sector. Ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly to customers Excellent communication and presentation skills Consultative selling approach Negotiation and closing skills Customer relationship management expertise Ability to meet sales targets. Willing to travel mainly Maharashtra and Gujarat and other parts of India Note - Candidate can work in convenient place like home ,customer place, or hotel. And twice a month he has to visit the Bangalore office directly to report to our MD.
