Technical Records Officer ( Level 2)

Employment: Full Time

The Technical Officer (Technical Records) - Level 2 is responsible for recording aircraft maintenance details in the computer management system and aircraft original records, according to GCAA guidelines.

Requirements:

High School Diploma

At least 3 years’ experience working in Technical Records.

5-year experience in general clerical and data control work, including 2 years of computer operation.

Basic knowledge of aircraft maintenance requirements.

Good understanding of GCAA regulations related to continued airworthiness.

Training & competence with RUSADA.

Knowledge of aircraft logbooks, work orders, task cards, and component records.

Ensuring 100% correctness in maintenance records to meet regulatory compliance.

Identifying gaps in documentation and ensuring timely corrective actions.

Managing large volumes of records efficiently for audits and aircraft transitions.

Ensuring timely updates of aircraft records to support maintenance planning and audits.
