About the Role:

As a Technical Coordinator at We are Amnet, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our CMS platform. You’ll work closely with a global team and gain exposure to exciting client opportunities across the globe. Whether you’re a seasoned admin or looking to take your career to the next level, we offer plenty of opportunities for growth and development in both domestic and international markets.

What You'll Be Doing:

🔧 Technical Administration: Own the day-to-day management of the CMS platform

📄 Documentation Management: Develop admin process documentation and create user training materials

📊 Reporting & Data: Manage and share reports, dashboards, and key data insights with the business

🌍 Collaboration: Work with the Product Owner, Vendor, and global team to test and launch new platform features

🛠️ Platform Improvements: Identify and implement simple configuration changes to enhance platform functionality

🔄 User Support: Serve as the go-to contact for users’ queries, resolve tickets, and provide feedback to enhance the product

What We're Looking For:

• Strong admin skills with an eye for detail

• Excellent communication, both written and verbal

• A knack for problem-solving and data management

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with project management tools and intermediate to advanced Excel skills

• Previous experience in customer experience, technical coordination, or administration is a plus

• Fluency in English, with 2-3 years of industry experience (ideal, but not essential)

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is desirable, but not a must
