As a seasoned Technical Care Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to work on demanding and rewarding technical issues related to Kubernetes and OpenShift in enterprise environments. You’ll facilitate in managing complex cases, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, and helping ensure the stability and performance of containerized applications. This role values your problem-solving thinking, deep technical expertise, and clear communication skills—especially when partnering with diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn • Manage and resolve Kubernetes/OpenShift-related technical cases. • Troubleshoot container orchestration, deployment, and performance issues. • Provide deep technical insights and best practices for cloud-native application management. • Document case resolutions and contribute to internal knowledge bases. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficient problem resolution. • Keep up-to-date with evolving container technologies and industry advancements. Key Skills And Experience You have: • A Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or equivalent degree with 5+ years of hands-on experience resolving complex technical cases involving Kubernetes and OpenShift in enterprise environments. • Advanced expertise in container orchestration, deployment strategies, and performance optimization. • Expertise in Linux system administration, with solid knowledge of networking and security best practices. • Skilled in troubleshooting and debugging technical issues, with a unified approach to working across cross-functional teams. It would be nice if you have: • Exposure to scripting or automation tools such as shell scripting, Ansible, or similar. • Familiarity with documenting technical case resolutions and contributing to internal knowledge bases. • Exposure to best practices in cloud-native application management and deployment strategies. • Clear communicator with a continuous learning mindset, staying current on evolving container and cloud-native technologies.
