JOB SUMMARY:

Review and validate migrated content from TKO platform to the new Knowledge platform to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality. Responsibilities include identifying errors, verifying formatting, and reporting issues to the team. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow guidelines are essential.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the migration of content from the TKO platform to the new knowledge platform.

Ensure proper formatting, tagging, and organization of content in the new platform.

Review and verify accuracy of migrated content, ensuring no information is lost or altered incorrectly during the migration process.

Identify and resolve inconsistencies, missing data, or formatting issues in the migrated documents.

Perform final checks to ensure compliance with the Global Service Documentation style guide and standards.

Reorganize and restructure content based on the set guidelines.

Break down large documents to smaller, more manageable articles, and update or remove outdated sections.

Ensures that all migrated scripts/codes (JavaScript, jQuery) used to improve content presentation are working in the new platform.

Review and troubleshoot JS/CSS codes to ensure functionality and compatibility with the new platform.

Test and validate content to ensure all elements (text, multimedia, links) are accurate, functional, and render correctly.

Collaborate with the Global Service Documentation members to improve documentation workflows and ensure consistent quality across all documents.

Collaborate with developers and SMEs to align content with technical requirements and ensure smooth platform integration.

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to ensure that the migrated and restructured content meets the requirements.

Assists in documenting Service Documentation tools, standards, technical knowledge, and team policies and procedures for the new platform.

Provide support for post-migration issues and assist with troubleshooting and refining the migrated content.

Prioritize tasks and manage timelines to ensure content migration, updates, and quality checks meet deadlines.

Completes workload on time. Monitors if requests are processed in a timely manner.

Participates in conferences calls, meetings, and discussions with customers.

Adheres to shift schedules and attendance expectations to ensure consistent support to customers and a balanced workload for peers.

Coordinates with other teams/support to complete the request of customers.

Records and submits periodic and/or quarterly transaction records, log sheets and/or trackers, operational and personal performance details, highlights, challenges, issues, and opportunities.

Plans, executes, and manages own workload and projects in cooperation with line leaders.

Documents technical questions/issues, participates in team meetings. Huddles and information cascades. Prepares and distributes meeting minutes.

Actively participates in team activities and initiatives.

Fulfil other reasonable duties and projects as required.

Serves as back-up for next level similar or related function for business continuity.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience Required: 0-2 years (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Basic skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. (plus)
