Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead and mentor junior team members. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off. - Strong understanding of HR processes and systems. - Experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions. - Knowledge of integration with other HR modules. - Hands-on experience in configuring Time Off policies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
