Job Description
• Training Lead will manage & deliver training programs to enhance employee skills & knowledge.
• Effectively manage team of trainers and up-skill them on Training skills, sales and help new RMs to scale up quality scores & focus on relationship and transactional Net Promoter Score (R-NPS/T-NPS)
• Plan and facilitate new hire, refresher training and compliance based functional training to new and existing officers /employees.
• Plan and Conduct Refresher on predetermined frequencies and ensure accuracy and effectiveness of training
• Drive sales targets and implementation of sales strategies devised for process.
• Evaluate Training effectiveness, gather feedback & recommend improvement programs.
• Provide feedback on OJT/Coaching / Feedback.
• Monitor calls on functional and behavioral parameters.
Maintain accurate training records, track trainer performance & and ensure compliance
• Candidate Profile
• Minimum education – Graduate or Post Graduate
• Should be a Trainer or Team Leader with 3-5 Years preferably in a bank’s Customer Contact Center/ Call Center with relevant experience in VRM/Retail Liabilities/Credit Card
• Must have excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Having a team handling experience would be desirable
