Job Title: Issuing Office (IO) - Team Lead - Multinational Business Practice

Position Overview

We are looking for a Team Lead handling the India IO responsibilities. This is a team handling role, leading a team of 4/5 resources. The person should have overall experience of 6-10 years preferably in Multinational Business/International Business/Network Partner Business and team handling. India IO is AIG referred/Network Partner of Tata AIG.

Role and Responsibilities

• The person will be leading the India IO business under Multinational Business Practice and primary point of contact for all AIG offices across the world

• The person will be responsible for driving and growing the AIG referred business and ensuring policy issuance & servicing for AIG referred accounts

• The person will be leading the team of 4/5 MN account handlers responsible for a certain line of business and ensuring that the team works cohesively

• The person will be responsible for finding opportunities under new and cross sell of AIG referred programs and increasing the business

Education & Experience requirements

• Graduate with an MBA is preferred

Preferred Skills

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills

• Team handling capabilities

• Excellent in MS Office – MS Excel, MS PPT and MS Word

• Excellent in data analysis
