Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tamil Nadu HR Internship at Youth United Council of India. The role is located in Tamilnadu, with the option for some work from home. The HR Intern will be responsible for HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills

Experience in developing HR policies and managing employee benefits

Personnel Management skills

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Stipend will be provided based on performance
