About the internship As a Talent Acquisition intern at Creencia Technologies Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with our HR team and gain valuable experience in recruitment. Your role will involve sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates, as well as assisting in the development of recruitment strategies. Your strong English proficiency will be essential in effectively communicating with candidates and team members. Key responsibilities: 1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions 2. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability 3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs 4. Help in organizing recruitment events and job fairs 5. Update and maintain candidate database and recruitment metrics 6. Assist in creating job descriptions and posting on job boards 7.
