About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Source candidates using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Internshala to help manage candidate pipelines 2. Draft and post job descriptions on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms to attract suitable candidates 3. Screen resumes and applications, identifying potential candidates who meet job requirements to streamline hiring 4. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process 5.
