About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Create and post job listings on LinkedIn and other job boards on behalf of the company 2. Update and manage job postings to ensure they attract qualified candidates 3. Research and identify potential candidates through various online platforms and networks 4. Utilize social media and professional networks to reach out to prospective applicants 5. Review incoming resumes to assess qualifications and fit for open positions 6. Shortlist candidates and coordinate initial communication 7. Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems 8. Organize applicant information for easy access and retrieval 9. Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements 10. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines 11. Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications 12.
