Job Description
About the internship 1. Developing and executing a community engagement plan that includes social media, forums, events, and other communication channels 1. Assisting in talent acquisition by supporting the recruitment process through sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and networking 2. Screening resumes by reviewing applications and conducting initial screenings to shortlist qualified candidates 3. Coordinating interviews by scheduling them between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring effective communication throughout the process 4. Maintaining the recruitment database by updating and managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records of candidates Candidate should be available full-time, must have great communication skills & previous Internship experience (preferably in HR/Talent Acquisition) Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for full time (in-office) internship 2. can start the internship between 23rd Jan'25 and 27th Feb'25 3. are available for duration of 3 months 4. have relevant skills and interests Foundit, formerly Monster, has evolved from being a 'job board' to a global provider of everything you need for a successful career.
