About the Role

We are looking for a highly-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role demands strong end-to-end recruitment capability across Technology, Non-Tech, Leadership, and High-Volume hiring. You will work closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure quick, high-quality talent delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Hiring

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing → screening → interviewing → final selection.

Build strong talent pipelines across Tech (Engineering, Product, Data), Non-Tech (Business, Operations, Marketing), and Leadership roles.

2. Tech & Non-Tech Recruitment

Source and evaluate candidates across a variety of functions.

Conduct competency-based interviews and assess both technical fit and culture fit.

3. Leadership & Strategic Hiring

Engage with senior-level candidates and manage executive hiring processes.

Partner with founders/leadership teams on senior mandates.

4. Volume & Bulk Hiring

Execute large-scale hiring drives with speed and accuracy.

Manage multiple open roles simultaneously without compromising quality.

5. Sourcing & Pipeline Building

Leverage LinkedIn, Naukri, social platforms, referrals, and niche hiring networks.

Maintain an active candidate database and build strong employer branding touchpoints.

6. Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.

Provide weekly reports, updates, hiring insights, and data-driven recommendations.

7. Process Excellence

Ensure structured interview processes, timely communication, and a seamless candidate experience.

Continuously refine sourcing strategies and hiring workflows.

Requirements

~1–7 years of recruitment experience across Tech, Non-Tech, Leadership & Volume hiring.

~Strong sourcing abilities: Boolean, X-ray search, social recruiting, communities, referrals.

~Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

~Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment preferred.

~Ability to multitask, handle high-volume requisitions, and deliver within tight timelines.

~Comfortable working remotely with strong ownership, reliability, and self-management.
