Job Description
Key Responsibilities Assist in the sourcing of candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events. Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Support the administration of recruitment activities, including tracking candidates in our applicant tracking system (ATS). Participate in employer branding initiatives and help promote GoTeam as an employer of choice. Assist with the development of recruitment materials and job descriptions. Organize and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus outreach programs. Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed. Qualifications Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Currently enrolled in an Internship or OJT subject Minimum of 300 internship hours Strong academic record; prior internship or relevant volunteer experience is a plus. Familiarity with various sourcing tools and recruitment platforms is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Desired Attributes Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about talent acquisition processes.
