Supervisor – Textile Industry

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Supervisor with a background in the textile industry to take charge of operational supervision and lead the hiring process for production staff.

The ideal candidate will play a dual role — ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on the production floor while managing recruitment efforts to build a skilled and reliable workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

● You will handle worker hiring, interviews, and onboarding.

● You will also supervise daily production work and manage workers.

● Experience in textile production and basic HR work is needed.

● Factory-based job with flexible shifts and some travel if needed.

Working Conditions:

● Work on-site at the factory.

● May travel for job fairs or agency meetings.

● Flexible for shifts or overtime when needed.
