Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Summer Intern at Clapjoy Toys. The position is located in Ghaziabad with some work-from-home days acceptable. The Summer Intern will assist in various day-to-day tasks, including conducting market research, assisting in digital marketing initiatives, managing social media accounts, handling customer inquiries, updating product listings, and supporting the team with various administrative duties. The intern will gain valuable hands-on experience in the e-commerce and toy industry. Qualifications • Research and Market Analysis skills • Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Creation skills • Customer Service and Communication skills • Administrative and Organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite • Enthusiasm for toys, games, and e-commerce • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program
