Job description Company Description The Yadupati Singhania Vocational Education Foundation (YPSVEF), established by JK Cement to honor the vision of the late Shri Yadupati Singhania Ji, aiming to enhance vocational education and skill development in India. The foundation manages several Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) across Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan, focusing on bridging the industry-academia gap by providing quality practical training, industry-led practices, and soft skills essential for the workplace. Programs are designed to meet industry requirements, ensuring that students are well-prepared for relevant roles upon graduation. To date, over 10,000 students have graduated from these institutes, contributing positively to their communities and the nation's skilled workforce. Role Description This is a summer internship role for students at YPSVEF located in Kanpur with flexibility for some remote work. The Summer Intern will get opportunities to work on projects; • Skills for Global Mobility • Social Media & Outreach Program • Entrepreneurship Development The intern will also assist in conducting market research and analysis, identifying potential areas for expansion, and developing partnerships with relevant organizations. Qualifications • Marketing, Communications, and/or Business Administration skills • Experience or coursework in market research and analysis • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite • Interest in vocational education and skill development • Currently pursuing an MBA/B. Tech. final Year or related degree Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience or coursework in project management, data analysis, and familiarity with social media platforms.
