Subscriptions and Performance Specialist

KSL Media Limited, a part of The Hindu Group, publishes Hindu Tamil Thisai, a Tamil language newspaper launched on 16th September 2013 in Tamil Nadu. Hindu Tamil Thisai is known for its unbiased news coverage and in-depth analysis of both international and local issues. It offers specialized sections devoted to areas like Business, Personal Finance, Education & Career, and Health, among others. Hindu Tamil Thisai also ideates and executes on-ground and online activities for brand launches and social initiatives. It is the only language daily in India that has received an award from the Election Commission of India for its voter awareness program.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Subscriptions and Performance Specialist, based in Chennai. The specialist will manage subscriptions, analyze performance metrics, conduct performance testing, and provide insights to drive growth. Day-to-day tasks include data analysis, developing performance strategies, and ensuring effective communication with internal teams to optimize subscription rates and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Hands on experience with Zoho platforms

• Experience managing Ad tech Subscription tools to enhance user conversions and optimizations of the website

• Experience in Performance Management and Performance A/B Testing across social media platforms and emerging platforms

• Excellent Communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field

• Familiarity with the media industry is a plus

• 3-5 years of experience is ideal

• Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities
