We are currently looking for a motivated and driven Student Intern to support our recruitment, HR, and business development efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment, with the potential for long-term growth and advancement. Job Description: We are seeking a recent graduate from any field (B.Tech, B.Com, B.Sc., etc.) with excellent communication skills and strong computer knowledge. The role is 100% onsite paid internship, with an expectation of a minimum commitment of 18 months post-internship. You will be working closely with the recruitment/HR and business development teams to support their day-to-day operations and contribute to the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities: • Recruitment & HR Support: • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on job boards or recruitment platforms. • Screen and shortlist candidates based on resumes and initial interviews. • Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring managers. • Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles and recruitment data. • Help onboard new hires and assist with employee paperwork and documentation. • Participate in creating and improving HR policies, employee engagement, and retention strategies. • Business Development Support: • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and competitors. • Help create and update marketing and business development materials, including presentations and proposals. • Assist in managing and expanding client relationships through email, calls, and other communication platforms. • Support in the development and implementation of new business strategies and client outreach. • Maintain and track key business development metrics and performance indicators. • Administrative & General Support: • Help with organizing and managing business operations and office tasks. • Support team members in day-to-day activities and project management. • Provide general administrative assistance to various departments, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports. Skills & Requirements: • A recent graduate (B.Tech, B.Com, B.Sc., or similar degree). • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite. • Good organizational and time management skills. • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced startup environment. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new skills. • Comfortable with in-person interactions, including interview coordination and client meetings. • Commitment to the role for at least 18 months after internship completion.
