Store Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is required to achieve the desired level of performance for stores in the following Key Result areas:

•Operations

•Customer Service

•Inventory Management

•Visual Merchandising

Operations:

•Achieving daily department targets

•Participate On floor huddles- morning at the start of the 2nd shift-discuss previous day achievements and targets by DMs.

•Opening and closing of stores (as per rotational basis)

•Fixture cleaning

•Presents the new lines to entire store

•Execution of new lines display on Thursday night

•Focus & Drive Hit-Rate and Sales

•Trial room Management

Customer Service:

•Creating great customer experience by assisting them for shopping.

Inventory Management:

•Unloading of cartons during the stock receiving.

•Stock Replenishment-daily basis 500-600 pieces

•New line tagging and hangering after IMT provides information on the number of option received category wise and their placement in the warehouse.

•Off ranging -identify merchandise along with DMs on the floor through assigned staff, taking out untag, pack in polycovers and hand to IMT for documentation

Visual Merchandising:

•Executes of VM guidelines daily and weekly

•VM related tasks
