Stock Assistant

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records

Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability

Ensure timely ordering of supplies as needed

Receive and inspect incoming stocks (e.g., marinades and packaging materials)

Prepare and issue materials per production batch requirements

Perform daily SAP transactions (e.g., Goods Receipt, Delivery Uploads, and other stock movements)

Raise concerns on aging, expired, or non-conforming materials for proper disposal or sale

Conduct monthly physical inventory and reconcile variances

Keep the warehouse area clean, safe, and organized

Apply best practices in warehouse management and material handling

Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members

Recommend improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
