Job Description:

Stewardess - Cruise Ship

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the interior areas, including cabins, common areas, and guest bathrooms

Prepare and serve meals and drinks to guests according to their preferences and dietary restrictions

Maintain an inventory of supplies and restock as needed

Assist with various tasks such as laundry, ironing, and dishwashing

Provide excellent customer service and anticipate guests' needs

Collaborate with other crew members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests

Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times

Adhere to company standards and policies

Requirements:

Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably on luxury yachts or private boats

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work well in a team environment

Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness

Basic knowledge of food and beverage service

Flexibility to work long hours and weekends as needed

Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus

Valid STCW certification and/or other relevant qualifications
