About the Program: ICT STEM Education Initiatives aim to transform traditional teaching methods by introducing hands-on, experiential learning in schools. The program focuses on STEM subjects, making education more engaging and fostering a love for learning among students. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include • Teaching: • Accessing the STEM lab established at the school campus daily. • Teaching science and maths through hands-on practical pedagogy in STEM for grades 6 to 10. • Creating the content to deliver STEM sessions as per the pedagogy. • Conducting regular assessments & evaluations as per the directions of the project manager. • Training: • Facilitating the teacher training program. • Hand-holding support to the teachers. • Conducting the curriculum meetings & discussions with the teachers. • Participating in internal training workshops. • Communication & support: • Coordination & communication with the school regarding STEM & project-related interventions. • Supporting the program implementation with relevant data & documentation. • Participate in parent-teacher meetings regularly. • Work closely with the curriculum team in providing inputs on new curriculum themes. • Support the program team in language translation. • Supporting the school teachers in conducting relevant activities in STEM labs. • Maintenance of the STEM labs & its components (STEM models, posters, manuals). • Carrying out the other tasks assigned by the project management team as and when needed. • Reporting: • Maintain the project dashboard regularly by uploading the data. • Preparing & presenting the monthly reports to the line manager. • Collecting the audio-video feedback from the various beneficiaries of the project. • Submitting the reimbursement file to the accounting team. • Maintaining the school visit data/register in consultation with the school principal. • Reporting the issues & challenges faced on the ground to the line manager. About Company: Experifun focuses and works on different areas such as ICT-STEM lab setup, tinkering lab setup, and math lab setup.
