Stagiaire numrique bilingue franais-anglais (automne 2025) /Digital Student Intern - Fall 2025 Term

Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

• Assist with managing our Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook accounts for our clients

• Source and create compelling and unique content for each channel

• Assist with developing social media calendars

• Assist with developing shot lists

• Edit photos and utilize graphic design skills for posts

• Monitor clients social media pages

• Schedule and publish social media posts

• Conduct outreach for location, photographer, and vendor sourcing

• Prop shopping for content shoots

Communications

• Participating in various events and product launches.

• Ongoing internal communications with various departments.

• Coordinating fact checks and sample requests.

Product Management

Assist with showroom:

• Shipping and Receiving

• Sample Inventory

Data entry, Reporting & Research

• Updating client reports and metrics

Misc

• Reception and general administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Must be currently enrolledduring the internship term in a Canadian-accredited post-secondary institution with a focus in Marketing, Graphic Design, Photography or related field

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) & Google Suite

• Strong knowledge of Social Media (TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest etc.)

• Prior social media and graphic design experience is considered an asset

• Must be available to support events or projects that may occur outside of regular business hours.

• Physical ability to lift, move, and carry up to 25 lbs. is an essential part of the role.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to take initiative and act as a self-starter.

• Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player mentality.

• Interest in hair, beauty, lifestyle and digital media
