STAFF NURSE

A staff nurse, also known as a registered nurse (RN), provides direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, educating patients and families, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Direct Patient Care:

Providing bedside care, including hygiene, mobility, and comfort.

Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans.

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.

Monitoring vital signs and patient conditions, and reporting any changes.

Performing diagnostic tests and procedures.

Assisting with examinations and treatments.

Providing emotional and psychological support to patients and families.
