Job Title: Sr. Engagement Manager – Financial Crime Compliance (FCC)

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leading and managing large teams involved in client on-boarding processes according to relevant Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) legislations across various jurisdictions.

About the Role

Manage large-scale projects and teams focused on financial crime compliance

Liaise with key stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and internal teams

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery

Develop and implement effective strategies to mitigate financial crime risks

Requirements

Minimum 15-18 years of related banking, compliance, or audit experience

At least 16+ years of specific experience leading and managing large teams

CAMS certification or any industry-recognized equivalent
