Mercer is seeking a talented individual to join our Global Online Surveys Team at Mercer. This role will be based in Noida. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

You will be a member of the Global Online Survey Team. Global Online Surveys Team assists clients in making data-driven decisions by providing guidance on online surveys, efficient data processing, and insightful analysis. The team specializes in primary research and possesses expertise in quantitative online surveys, including ad-hoc, non-standard, and custom-made surveys designed with innovative solutions.

We are seeking candidates for the position of Data Processing Specialist within the Global Online Surveys team in India. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting clients' decision-making processes by delivering data-driven insights. You will support primary research projects within a diverse portfolio of international HR-related surveys, working collaboratively in a global environment. Your responsibilities will include scripting questionnaires in Qualtrics, validating and analyzing complex data sets using R-based solutions and calculating data to identify trends and prepare findings and insights for key stakeholders.
We will count on you for:
• Understand project requirements from stakeholders
• Working closely with Research team on regular projects and customized solutions
• Script and test online surveys using Qualtrics platform in multiple foreign languages, using JS
• Manage link distribution and monitor progress of projects
• Analyse collected data through online dashboards and R tools (data cleaning, calculations)
• Work on integration of the Qualtrics platform with other tools and systems
• Be involved in creating data-based tech solutions
• Cooperate with stakeholders and other team members to deliver high quality products
What you need to have:
• Bachelor’s degree (sociology / psychology / math / quantitative methods / engineering)
• 2-3 years of relevant experience, especially in data processing and Qualtrics/other scripting tool for surveys
• Working knowledge of R
• Knowledge and skills related to survey methodology
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Very good command of written and spoken English
• Good communications skills
• “Can do” attitude and willingness to search for solutions in technology world
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills to resolve any outstanding issues
• Strong time management skills
