Responsibilities

Design & Development

Develop and maintain high-performance backend services using Python and Golang/Java

Build modern, responsive React.js or Next.js frontends ensuring intuitive user experiences

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship impactful new features

AI & Innovation

Contribute to or lead initiatives involving AI agent development and/or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

Explore and integrate cutting-edge AI/ML solutions to enhance product functionality and user satisfaction

Collaboration & Growth

Embrace a hard-working, “roll up your sleeves” mentality in a fast-paced startup environment

Participate in code reviews, share knowledge

Proactively suggest improvements to optimize application performance and reliability

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any related fields.

Experience

5+ years of professional experience in software development

Proven track record using Python and one or more of Golang/Java in production

Proficiency in React.js or Next.js or equivalent React-based frameworks

AI/ML

Experience with AI agent development or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is a strong plus
