Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and responsible intern who can take complete ownership of our social media platforms and website updates. The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, proactive, and have advanced understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and basic website management.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Create a monthly content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and other relevant platforms
• Plan, design and schedule engaging posts, reels and stories
• Research and post at the best engagement times
• Write creative captions, hashtags and post descriptions
• Respond to comments, messages and audience queries
• Grow followers and engagement organically
• Track analytics and improve performance based on insights

Campaigns & Sales Growth

• Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions
• Create strategies to increase traffic to the website and Etsy store
• Run paid or organic campaigns to boost sales
• Collaborate on seasonal promotions and product launches
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements

Website Management

• Update product listings, images and descriptions on the website
• Upload new products and make content updates
• Improve website layout and user experience
• Help optimize pages for SEO
• Ensure all website information is updated and accurate

Content Creation

• Design social media posts, banners and creatives
• Create marketing graphics for website and email campaigns
• Develop engaging reels/videos for promotions
• Repurpose existing content into fresh formats

Skills & Tools Required

The ideal candidate must have experience in:

• Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator for designing posts
• Social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
• WordPress or similar website platforms
• Basic SEO knowledge
• Instagram, Facebook & Pinterest marketing
• Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing

Eligibility & Requirements

Advanced understanding of social media management or digital marketing

Strong communication and writing skills

Creative mindset with an eye for design

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Interest in kids’ education, parenting or digital products is a plus

Ability to meet deadlines and follow content schedules
