About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Social media marketing: Plan and execute campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Create posts, reels, and shorts to grow followers and boost engagement. 2. Content strategy: Develop creative content ideas aligned with our brand. Write captions and create visuals for social media and marketing materials. 3. Brand awareness: Increase visibility and establish Shine & Style as a leading fashion brand through innovative strategies and influencer collaborations. 4. Traffic and footfall generation: Drive traffic to our online store using SEO and paid ads while planning campaigns to boost footfall at our offline store. 5. Customer engagement: Design and run contests, polls, and interactive campaigns to engage customers and manage social media inquiries. 6. Analytics and reporting: Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
