Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive who can drive online visibility, optimize digital ad performance, and create compelling content. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads, SEO strategies, content writing, and social media management, ensuring our brand achieves maximum reach, engagement, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities: Google AdWords Optimization: • Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive high-quality traffic and conversions. • Conduct keyword research, A/B test ad copies, and optimize landing pages to enhance performance. • Analyze campaign metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. SEO Performance: • Execute both on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content and website optimization. • Monitor site performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools like SEMrush. Content Writing & Social Media Management: • Plan and support digital campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools. • Write engaging, SEO-friendly content for blogs, website pages, emailers, case studies, and ad copies. • Design basic visuals using Canva and support content for social media and presentations. • Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X) to increase audience engagement. • Collaborate with design and video teams to develop high-quality visual marketing assets. • Optimize performance and consistency across all digital platforms. Lead Generation & Business Analytics: • Support lead generation via email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Mailjet, etc.) and digital campaigns. • Research trends and competitors to develop data-driven strategies. • Coordinate with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with business goals. Key Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of experience in Google Ads, SEO, digital marketing, or content/social media management. • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), and social media platforms. • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or WordPress is a plus for SEO optimization. • Experience with Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube advertising. • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRMs is an advantage. • Proficiency in Canva and other visual content creation tools. • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and optimize results.
