Support content planning & content packaging (captions, hashtags, thumbnails etc.)

Manage daily publishing & scheduling across platforms (Meta/Instagram / YouTube etc.)

Research & contribute ideas for tentpole events and festivals

Track and identify emerging social media trends before they peak; propose relevant content opportunities

Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and platform scans to identify best practices & content opportunities

Coordinate with internal teams for asset development

Monitor comments / community sentiment and surface key observations to team

Work with analytics dashboards to extract key insights and learnings
