About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and results-driven Social Media Executive with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be strong in content planning, trend analysis, brand storytelling, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals.

Manage daily posting across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).

Create engaging content (copy + basic design coordination with the team).

Monitor trends, competitor strategies, and audience insights.

Coordinate with design, marketing, and content teams for creatives and campaigns.

Track performance metrics using analytics tools and present insights.

Manage social media calendars and ensure timely execution.

Collaborate on campaigns, collaborations, and influencer tie-ups when required.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in social media marketing/management.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Strong understanding of content trends, algorithms, and platform best practices.

Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

Ability to multitask and manage timelines independently.

Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
