Gama Holding is seeking a highly skilled Brand & Communications Officer to lead corporate communication efforts and ensure consistent brand identity across all touchpoints. This role focuses on enhancing brand reputation, managing public relations, and producing high-quality communications materials. The position requires strong writing skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
Draft press releases, speeches, newsletters, and official corporate announcements.
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, partners, and external stakeholders.
Manage internal communication channels and support employee engagement initiatives.
Oversee corporate events, sponsorships, and public-facing activities.
Monitor brand perception through media tracking and sentiment analysis.
Collaborate with marketing, HR, and leadership teams on communication strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in corporate communications or branding.
Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Experience managing PR relationships and crisis communication.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience with media monitoring tools.
Background in event management.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
