Job description Location: Gurgaon Duration: 3 months Stipend: upto 35k/month About the Role: We are looking for a Social Media & Partnership Intern to help shape the digital presence of SalarySe. If you love brainstorming creative content, staying on top of social media trends, and turning complex financial topics into engaging posts, this internship is for you! Key Responsibilities: ● Content Creation & Planning – Research, ideate, and develop high-quality content tailored for SalarySe’s social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, and more). ● Social Media Strategy – Assist in planning content calendars, ensuring a mix of educational, entertaining, and promotional posts. ● Trend Analysis – Stay updated with pop culture, fintech trends, and industry news to create timely and relevant content. ● Visual & Video Content – Create short-form videos, carousels, and static posts ● Performance Tracking – Monitor post-performance and suggest improvements based on analytics. Qualification: ● A student or recent graduate in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields. ● A creative thinker with strong writing and editing skills and attention to detail. ● Familiar with Canva and basic photo/video editing tools. ● Aware of pop culture, internet trends, and how to leverage them for content. ● Extremely high on ownership - if that’s not something that excites you then you may skip this Bonus Points if You: ● Have prior experience managing or creating content for social media pages. ● Are comfortable creating reels, memes, and infographics. ● Have a basic understanding of fintech or financial wellness topics. ● Know how to prepare decks and work on strategic partnerships About SalarySe: SalarySe is on a mission to empower salaried employees with smarter financial solutions.
